‘Re:Location’- Artist Exchange Programme
16th July – 30th July, 2013.
Crazygoat promotions are currently looking for an artist that has taught or studied at one of the leading art institutions within the Balkan countries listed below to participate in the ‘Re:Location’ exchange programme.
Bosnia, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia.
Benefits include 2 weeks accommodation, 4 week exhibition, field trips, lectures inclusion in a publication and interaction with both UK and Serbian artists with the possibility of future events. Applicants must have a valid
passport (and if necessary visa), provide their own airfare (to and from Manchester
Airport) and subsistence.
Application requirements: 4 high resolution images (with titles, size,
medium, date) Artist Statement (200 words)

Re:Location 2013
Re:location is an up and coming project by Crazygoat Promotions.
The aim of Re:location is to integrate arts groups from diverse cultural backgrounds and to unite artists from the 6 former states of Yugoslavia.
A consortium of 11 artists called ‘PR1’ have a history of study or work at UCLAN (University Of Central Lancashire) and are looking for the opportunity to break cultural barriers and gain a greater understanding of the complex issues and artistic differences of the Balkan region commencing with the University of Novi Sad in Serbia. The project offers the chance of an interaction between artists, tutors, students as well as the local arts community and public.
The groups will incorporate: visits to arts and heritage sites, workshops, lectures and a ‘Meet, Greet and Eat’ evening.
More information will be uploaded as the project develops.
